Our Story...

We began in 2020 after lockdown. We were a new couple, and Emily was a keyworker, single mum and working full time. The pressure of Covid and finding time to eat well was something close to our hearts.
I (Luke) could no longer travel overseas providing services for concierge, and was therefore on the lookout for a new adventure.
I found a local Central Production Unit for sale in Nottinghamshire, and decided to buy it, not knowing what direction to go. I then met Emily, fell head over heels and heard of her struggles as a keyworker to eat well, and this is when we put our heads together to find a solution.
This solution came to us whilst walking along the beach in Lytham St Annes, discussing a
healthy, quick alternative for individuals.

This is how I’m So Good was born.
